	www.aarp.com This is the site of the American Association of Retired Persons. For anyone interested in spending time during their retirement in the US, this website is a must visit.
	www.servicecanada.gc.ca/eng/lifeevents/retirement.shtml Here you will find everything you need to know about the Canada Pension Plan, including how to get a Statement of your Contributions to date, and what you and your family are entitled to in terms of pension benefits. There is also a section on Old Age Security here. Try their Retirement Income Calculator; it’s a great tool.

	www.apa.org This site provides access to a major database of articles published in psychological journals; it is called PsycInfo. The database contains a huge number of abstracts reporting on the outcome of current and past research on retirement. There is a small access fee.
	www.advocis.ca This site has great information about the Canadian financial planning industry, good advice about how to find a financial advisor, and a tool for finding an advisor in your area.
	www.retirementplanners.ca The Retirement Planners Association of Canada (RPAC) is an association of professionals working with mid-life adults on their financial and lifestyle plans for retirement.….They can be contacted by phone at 519 273-5616. Annual membership costs $165 plus GST per person and $445 plus GST for a corporate membership. RPAC offers the designation Professional Retirement Planner (PRP) to those who meet eligibility and renewal criteria.
	www.life-academy.co.uk This educational charity offers training programs for professionals in the retirement planning field, conducts research related to retirement planning and delivers seminars in life planning to the employees of organizations.
