Develop and design retirement tools, including quizzes, calculators, and complete web sites

  • Wrote and designed LifePlan, a comprehensive retirement planning web site, for Human Resources Development Canada in 1999/2000; it is now available to all federal employees in the public service
  • Wrote and designed LifeScape, a commercial retirement planning web site available to the general public and to organizations through subscription

Write articles about retirement-related issues

  • Several articles published in Reflections/Réflexion, newsletter of the Retirement Planning Institute, which is published three times per year (27 editions, distribution to more than 6,000 people)
  • Contributing author to Statistics Canada's 2006 publication, New Frontiers of Research in Retirement
  • Two articles published in Update, the newsletter of the Ottawa Chapter of the Human Resource Professionals Association
  • Several articles published in Fifty-Five Plus, a newsletter for people in the retirement zone
